Finally, a replacement coil for the popular GM Gen III small block

LS1, LS2, LS6 and LS7 engines are fast becoming favorites for performance. Not only for Camaros, new GTOs, and Corvettes but also for muscle cars and street rods. The complex electronic controls of the original coils presented the aftermarket with a challenge because the drivers that control the firing of the coils are built into the OE models. MSD engineers were able to design an advanced circuit to operate with Gen III factory electronics all while producing a higher output spark.

MSC and MSC II Blaster Coils deliver multiple sparks. The MSC coil has two connectors molded into the custom housing; one accepts the factory coil connector, the other is for MSD's Ignition Controller 121-6010.
MSC II coils mount in place of most factory LS1 and LS6 coils.
